Australian Sheep Farm Experience

Whip cracking, sheep shearing and working dogs

Pat a kelpie - the iconic Australian breed of dog, and then watch it ‘round up’ sheep from a paddock into their stock yard. See ‘man’s best friend’ in full toil and the skill of listening to its commands and running across the sheep’s backs as it herds them in.

Learn how to shear a sheep in an historic shearing shed and hand feed lambs, goats, chickens and other farm animals. Try your hand at milking a cow and watch a whip cracking demonstration and attempt to master this artform yourself.

The Sydney farm experience also has koalas, kangaroos, wombats, Aussie reptiles and emus.
